We try to keep our rates simple and affordable. We have two basic pricing methods -- an estimated flat rate based on the scope of a project and an hourly rate.

Initial consultation

We'll gladly talk to you for 1 hour about your project, and offer suggestions, assistance in defining the scope of your project, and help concretely defining exactly what needs to be done.

Flat rate (per project, web design and graphics art projects only)

We can quote you a flat rate for your web design project or graphic arts project (our other services are billed at our hourly rate). If you have a project that is clearly and thoroughly defined (preferably in outline form, see our example outline for reference), we can quote you a flat rate for the entire project. We may ask you for clarification on certain aspects of the project in order to more accurately arrive at a fair and equitable rate. Changes to the project after a final outline has been agreed upon will be billed at our normal hourly rate. Flat rate estimates are free and include an hour of initial consultation. We do request half of the flat rate before we begin any work.

$75/hour for anything

Whatever we are doing, be it page layout, graphic design, programming, database design, or consultation past the initial complementary hour, we'll track our time exactly with a detailed description of what was done during a particular chunk of time, and round the total to the nearest 15 minutes.
